Cody Roy graduated from LSU with a B.S. in zoology and then earned an M.A. in creative writing from the University of South Alabama. Many of his book and movie reviews have appeared in such reputable periodicals as The Mobile Press Register, The Nashville Tennessean, The Huntsville Times, and The Valley Planet. He has also published an academic essay in The Flannery O'Connor Review.
